ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 18 years of formal Education.
• Msc / MS / MPhil Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences from HEC recognized university.
• 70% marks in case of annual system of CGPA of ¾ or above. Candidate must provide equivalence certificate from HEC in case of any foreign degree.
• University based test with 70% marks.
• Tentative research proposal.

Ph.D PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The Ph.D program requirement is 54 credit hours, which includes minimum 18 credit hours of course work and 36 credit hours of thesis involving research work. Students will be eligible to start their research work officially after qualifying the comprehensive exam. Research proposals shall be evaluated by Research Evaluation Committee before they are forwarded for approval to BASAR (Board of Advanced Study and Research). Student can start his / her research work after proposal approval from Research Evaluation Committee.
